Consent to the processing of personal data
Contact by email
To ask an ordinary question or enquire about a service, simply send an email. You do not need to prepare consent using a template in advance, send it in a separate email, or repeat your question.
The necessary processing of ordinary correspondence takes place on independent lawful grounds and within the limits described in the Personal Data Processing Policy. Sending an email does not, in itself, constitute acceptance of the consent below or permission for other purposes.
If consent is genuinely required for particular processing, a separate request specifying the purpose, categories of data, processing operations and duration will be sent before that processing begins. You do not need to send consent on your own initiative with every ordinary email.
The consent terms below apply where consent itself is the legal ground for the processing concerned. They do not require separate consent to be sent in advance for every ordinary enquiry.

1. Purpose of Processing

Consent is provided for the purpose of receiving and considering the appeal sent by me by e-mail mail@perevodius.moscow on the topic of the site https://perevodius.moscow/, clarifying the circumstances, preparing and sending a response, as well as subsequent interaction exclusively on this appeal according to the contact details provided by me.
1.2. Within the specified purposes, a preliminary analysis of the task of translating documents, clarifying requirements and preparing a response to translate documents from English into Russian is allowed. This consent does not establish an obligation to conclude a contract or accept an application for the provision of a service.
2. Composition of personal data
2.1. The consent applies only to the information provided by me necessary for this appeal:
- Name or surname, name and patronymic - in the volume indicated by me;
- e-mail address and telephone number, if I have provided it for reply;
- text of the appeal and information about the task;
- my personal data in the necessary documents, photos and other applications;
- information relating to the issue, additionally communicated in correspondence or with an agreed telephone clarification.
2.2. To register the appeal and confirm the consent, the sender’s address, date and time of receipt, topic, identifier of the message, the content of my separate consent and the edition of the document are used. The site does not create a record of sending a web form and does not send a page browsing history to the email.
2.3. The necessary technical data of the delivery of the letter are processed within the term of consideration of the appeal. Independent processing of server security logs is carried out on an independent basis according to the Policy. Audio recording of conversations is not provided by this consent.
3. Methods of processing and persons involved in processing
3.1. Within the purposes of this consent, the Operator has the right to carry out collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons specified in this consent in the necessary scope, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
3.2. Processing is carried out using means of automation and without them.
3.3. Consideration of the appeal is carried out by the Operator personally. Technical means of e-mail and infrastructure of the Operator are used for placement, delivery and storage. Consent in itself does not allow processing to be entrusted to an indefinite circle of persons.
3.4. If my consent is required for the involvement of a particular processor, before transfer, the Operator informs its name, address, purpose and necessary data composition and receives a separate consent. Granting on other legal grounds shall be effected only within the limits of such ground. The rights of the subject to information about actual recipients are retained.
3.5. The order of processing is executed by law and does not relieve the Operator from obligations to the subject. For placement, delivery and storage, only the necessary amount of processing is allowed if there is an applicable basis; independent use by third parties for advertising is not allowed by this consent.
3.6. Attached materials are used for familiarization, clarification of the circumstances of the inquiry, preliminary assessment, and preparation of a response. This consent does not authorize the publication of materials, their advertising use, or transmission to analytical services. Personal data in files and copies of the inquiry must be deleted at the end of the period specified in section 4, if there is no independent legal basis for further processing.
4. Term of consent and data storage
4.1. The consent is valid for the period necessary to consider the inquiry, but not more than 90 calendar days from the date of the last substantive message or phone call regarding the relevant inquiry, unless the consent is withdrawn earlier. In the absence of subsequent interaction, the period is counted from the date of receipt of the inquiry. Sending automatic messages and service notifications does not change the start of the specified period.
4.2. When concluding a contract, the processing of personal data necessary for its conclusion and execution is carried out on the relevant independent legal basis. The retention periods of contractual and mandatory accounting documents are determined based on the purposes of processing and the requirements of the law.
4.3. The minimum information necessary to confirm consent or to protect rights and legitimate interests may be retained on an independent legal basis, in the composition and for the periods established by the Personal Data Processing Policy.
5. Procedure for Withdrawal of Consent
5.1. Consent may be withdrawn by me by sending a notice to the email address mail@perevodius.moscow or to the address of the Operator for correspondence.
5.2. For identification purposes, it is recommended to provide the contact details used when sending the request, the estimated date of sending, or the request identifier, if available.
5.3. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its receipt. After receiving the withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing on the basis of this consent and ensures the destruction of personal data within the timeframes provided by law, if there is no independent legal basis for continuing their processing or storage.
6. Limits and procedure for expressing consent
6.1. This consent does not extend to advertising mailings, advertising calls, the dissemination of my personal data to an indefinite circle of persons, and the use of optional analytical tools.
6.2. This consent relates to my normal personal data and does not apply to special categories and biometrics. Third party data are processed only on an independent basis. If written consent is required by law, this method does not replace it; a separate document in the prescribed form is requested before processing.
6.3. If the basis for processing is consent, I express it in a separate e-mail to mail@perevodius.moscow, specifying the site https://perevodius.moscow/, the purpose of considering my application and the edition 2026-10-20-email-1 from 20.10.2026. Consent is not combined with the text of the question, the contract or the confirmation of the terms of the transfer of files. The Operator retains a separate confirmation, date, method and edition. Pressing a button, reading a page or sending an ordinary letter without express consent is not a substitute for receiving it.
7. How to give separate consent
7.1. An ordinary question or service enquiry can be sent in one email without consent wording. Use the example below only where separate consent is genuinely required for particular processing and you have received a request to provide it. In that case, give your first name, or your surname, first name and patronymic, and the date, then send a separate confirmation from the email address used for the correspondence. You do not need to repeat the question or resend the documents.
7.2. For processing actually necessary for the conclusion of a contract on the initiative of the entity or its performance, separate consent may not be required under Article 6(1)(5). This does not allow the processing of any information and does not automatically apply to the data of other persons.
7.3. If the law requires written consent, a normal letter and scan are not automatically equated with an electronically signed document. The required form and details must be agreed separately before the appropriate processing.
I, [name or surname, first name and patronymic], freely, by my will and in my interest, give IP Svirin Andrey Viktorovich, TIN 772872317733, OGRNIP 322774600176722, address for correspondence: 117647, g. Moscow, a/i 15, consent to the processing of my personal data for the consideration of my application on the subject of the website https://perevodius.moscow/, clarification of circumstances and response to it. The conditions, the list of data, actions, terms and method of withdrawal are familiarized. It relates to my contact details, the text of the application and my own data in the necessary applications; it does not include advertising, publication, analytics, special categories, biometrics and third-party data without an independent basis. Term: until the withdrawal or achievement of the goal, but not more than 90 calendar days from the last meaningful interaction on the appeal. Review: a letter to mail@perevodius.moscow or at the specified postal address. Date: [date].
