Terms of transfer and use of materials
Editorial from 20.10.2026. Identifier: 2026-10-20-email-1.
1. Scope of Application
1.1. These terms and conditions determine the procedure for transfer of documents, photos, texts for translation, correspondence and other files (hereinafter referred to as Materials) to individual entrepreneur Svirin Andrey Viktorovich, TIN 772872317733, OGRNIP 322774600176722 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), by e-mail mail@perevodius.moscow in connection with an appeal on the topic of the site https:/perevodius.moscow/ and in subsequent correspondence.
1.2. Correspondence address: 117647, Moscow, P.O. Box 15. Email address for questions regarding Materials and personal data: mail@perevodius.moscow.
1.3. TIN — Taxpayer Identification Number; PSRNIP — Primary State Registration Number of the Individual Entrepreneur.
2. Sender Confirmations
2.1. When submitting Materials, the sender confirms that they have received them legally and have the necessary right or other lawful basis to transfer them to the Operator and for the Operator to review them for the purpose of considering the request.
2.2. If the sender acts on behalf of another person, they confirm the presence of the appropriate authority. If the Materials contain personal data of other individuals, protected information, or intellectual property objects, the sender ensures the existence of an applicable basis for their transfer and use within the scope of the request. Consents and permissions required by law must be obtained before submission.
2.3. Upon a justified request from the Operator, the sender provides information and documents confirming the authority and legal basis for the transfer. Before sending, they exclude or conceal information that is not necessary for the consideration of the request.
2.4. The sender is responsible for the violation of their duties and the accuracy of the representations they provide within the limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. These terms do not establish unconditional liability of the sender for any actions of the Operator and do not release the Operator from their own duties and responsibilities provided by law.
3. Permitted use of Materials
3.1. Within the rights available to the sender, the transfer of Materials allows the Operator to receive them, review them, make technical copies, store, analyze, and use them solely to the extent necessary for considering the request, clarifying circumstances, preliminary assessment, and preparation of a response. Personal data is processed only if there is an independent legal basis provided by law.
3.2. The transfer of Materials does not imply the alienation of exclusive rights and does not permit their publication, independent advertising use, inclusion in publicly accessible databases, or transfer to analytical services. Disclosure to other parties is allowed only to the necessary extent if there is a applicable basis, including technical processors specified in the Policy, or in cases provided by law.
3.3. When concluding a contract, the use of Materials to provide a service is determined by the contract and applicable legal grounds. The initial inquiry itself does not grant the right to use any information for any research.
3.4. The sender's confirmation does not constitute the consent of all persons mentioned in the Materials. The operator independently verifies the existence of a sufficient basis for processing. If a lack of basis or excessive information is detected, usage is restricted; illegally processed data is blocked and deleted within the time limits provided by law.
4. Storage and deletion
4.1. Materials of an inquiry for which no contract has been concluded, including copies in mail and other used systems, are stored for no more than 90 calendar days from the date of the last substantive message regarding the inquiry. If no further correspondence occurs, the term is counted from the date the inquiry was received. Upon achieving the purpose or upon expiration of the period, they are deleted, unless there is an independent legal basis for retention.
4.2. Files are attached to the letter in the mail service of the sender; download through the Site is not provided. Copies in delivered letters, mail folders and local work directories are counted in the terms of paragraph 4.1. The Operator shall ensure that all such copies are deleted upon termination of the base; the absence of a public archive does not automatically mean the removal of attachments from the mail.
4.3. When concluding an agreement, the necessary Materials and prepared documents are processed based on the agreement and legislation. The retention periods for mandatory accounting documents and information needed to protect rights are determined separately. The existence of such a basis does not allow the retention of redundant Materials.
4.4. On issues of material removal, the sender or the personal data subject has the right to contact the Operator using the Operator's contact information. The request is reviewed with verification of authority and applicable grounds for storage. Minimal information about the acceptance of these terms may be retained within and on the grounds specified in Personal data processing policy, without the content and file names.
5. Acceptance of terms
5.1. Prior to the transfer, the sender familiarizes with the terms and conditions and ensures the legality of receiving the Materials and the right to transfer them. If necessary, the Operator separately requests confirmation of authority and grounds for transfer. For contractual assurances or acceptance of conditions, self-confirmation is required, which is not combined with consent to personal data. Clicking the "Write a letter" button is not recorded as acceptance of the terms.
5.2. The legality of the transfer of materials and consent to personal data are different issues. These conditions are not a public offer and do not replace the independent basis of processing. The treatment in itself does not imply the consent of all persons mentioned in the Materials.
6. Features of SQL materials
6.1. For preliminary analysis, send anonymized code, table structure, error text, execution plan and examples with artificial data. Do not hand over passwords, tokens, private keys, connection lines with secrets, working client databases and non-personal dumps.
6.2. If further work requires access to the system or secure data, the terms of access, authority, security measures and applicable grounds are determined separately before they are provided. A regular email does not allow access to someone else’s system and does not replace a confidentiality agreement.
