1. Scope of Application

2. Current technical facilities
2.1. Cookies are small browser entries that can be transmitted to the site upon subsequent requests. localStorage is storage on the device without automatically transferring each record to the server and without a built-in deletion period.
2.2. The site provides static pages and email addresses. Our own selection interface for Yandex Metrics has been prepared; the counter is now off. There is no contact form and advertising subscription. The banner allows you to separately allow analytics or refuse it, and the constant button "Analytics settings" - change the choice. When the actual connection is made, a new consent will be requested.
2.3. The “Write Letter” button gives control of your email program. On the consent page, the text of a separate letter may be inserted in advance, but it is not sent automatically. The operation of the email program chosen by you and its own cookies are governed by its terms and conditions; this does not cancel the Operator's obligations after receiving the data.
3. Technical data without cookies
3.1. To deliver the page, the server receives the IP address, time and address of the request, the necessary information about the browser and the result of processing the request. This information may be contained in security logs.
3.2. The purpose is the functioning and protection of the Site; the basis is paragraph 7 of part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ while respecting the rights and freedoms of the subject. Regular logs are kept for no more than 30 calendar days. Information of a specific incident is stored longer only on an independent basis in the required amount and time.
3.3. Such logs are not used for non-binding behavioral analytics and advertising on this basis. The absence of cookies does not exclude the processing of the IP address and other connection information.
4. Data management
4.1. In the browser settings, you can view and delete the data of a particular site, prevent cookies and clear local storage. Item titles vary. Clearing cookies alone may not remove localStorage.
4.2. Deletion of browser data does not delete emails, server logs and previously transmitted analytical information. 5. Change of the technical scheme
5.1. Prior to the introduction of counters, external widgets or other additional means, the Operator determines the actual data, names of records, purpose, recipients, terms and grounds for processing and updates the documents. If consent is required, the relevant processing begins only after the individual choice of the visitor.
5.2. Continued browsing, closing of the message and referral do not constitute consent to future analytics. Modification of the document does not change the scope of consent already expressed.
6. Choice Records and Future Analytics
6.1. site_analytics_choice_v2 is a necessary cookie signed by the selection server, HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax; 180 days. site-analytics-choice-v2 is the corresponding localStorage record with the selection, editing, term and technical identifier. Upon expiration, the local entry is cleared the next time you visit or check on an open page. If the Site is closed, it may remain until the next check or deletion by the user.
6.2. Minimum selection log on the server: random identifier, selection, date and time, editorial, consent address and deletion period. Contacts, full IP addresses, User-Agent, messages and files are not included. If there is an independent basis for confirming the lawfulness of processing or protection of rights, the term is up to three years; unnecessary information is deleted earlier.
6.3. Currently, analytical cookies are not created. If the analytics is connected after a new consent, the main entries are: _ym_uid and _ym_d - up to one year; _ym_isad - 20 hours; _ym_metrika_enabled - 60 minutes; _ym_visorc_* - 30 minutes on the Webvisor. 6.4. If you refuse, your own cookies and local entries with the prefix _ym are cleared. The necessary selection records remain for the execution of the refusal. The site code cannot delete cookies on Yandex domains or previously sent data from the service. For such data, requests for contacts of the Operator are applied.
6.5. The deadline for analytical data attributable to the visitor or browser is up to three years from the date of collection if actual need be; upon achievement of the goal or withdrawal, early termination is applied. Browser record terms do not determine the duration of server storage. Connection is allowed only after ensuring the established storage limit and publication of the active edition.
