Consent to analytics using Yandex Metrics

I, being a visitor of the website https://perevodius.moscow/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I provide the individual entrepreneur Andrey Viktorovich Svirin, TIN 772872317733, PSRN 322774600176722 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), with specific, substantive, informed, conscious, and unequivocal consent to the processing of personal data related to visiting the Site, using the Yandex Metrica service under the conditions outlined below. For the purposes of this consent, the Personal Data Law refers to the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

1. Purpose of processing and the service used

1.1. The purpose of processing is to assess the Site's traffic, sources of visits, use of pages, and Site usability, as well as to compare the relevant indicators over different periods.

1.2. Processing is carried out using the Yandex Metrica service, including the Webvisor function when it is enabled. The service is provided by LLC "YANDEX", address: Moscow, Lev Tolstoy Street, 16. Within the scope of this consent, it is allowed to provide the specified person with the data necessary for the operation of the corresponding functions.

1.3. Fixing and saving the choice is carried out by own means of the Site. The cookie signed by the server and localStorage remember the choice; the minimum log confirms its receipt. The selection information is not associated with the name, telephone, email or content of the appeal.

2. Composition of personal data

2.1. Consent applies to the following data regarding the visit to the Site:

• IP address when the service receives the request;
• cookie, browser, and visit identifiers;
• technical information about the browser and device;
• addresses of visited pages;
• date, time, and duration of the visit;
• referral source;
• navigations, clicks, scrolling, and other site usage events.

2.2. When the Webvisor feature is enabled, the sequence of visitor actions and the display of the Site pages are additionally recorded.

2.3. The content of appeals, email, phone numbers, documents and contents of the prepared letter are not transferred to analytics. The counter does not run on legal pages and pages with parameters or fragments in the address; parameters and fragments are excluded in the transmitted address and transition source. Tracking external links, including mailto, and transmitting the page title are turned off. The webvisor in the prepared configuration is turned off; its launch requires a separate setup and an appropriate active edition.

3. Methods of processing and storage periods

3.1. Processing is carried out using automation tools and includes the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, retrieval, use for analysis purposes, transfer (provision, access) to LLC "YANDEX" in the required amount, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

3.2. The period for processing and storing analytical data that allows associating visits with a specific visitor or browser is limited to the time required for analyzing and comparing metrics over different periods and cannot exceed three years from the date of collection of the respective data. After this period, the data must be deleted or converted into aggregated statistical indicators that exclude the possibility of identifying a specific visitor. In the event of earlier achievement of the processing purpose or withdrawal of consent, the provisions on early termination of processing apply. Aggregated indicators that do not allow the identification of a specific visitor may be retained for statistical purposes.

3.3. The specifics of data processing and storage periods within Yandex's infrastructure are determined by the Terms of Service of Yandex Metrica (https://yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse/ru/), Section 8 of Yandex Privacy Policy (https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/ru/) and the documentation of the corresponding functions. The three-year maximum term established by the Operator is a limitation of processing for the stated purpose and does not change the service conditions. The Operator ensures compliance with this maximum term by deleting the data or converting it into summary statistical indicators, excluding the possibility of identifying a specific visitor. Reference to the service conditions does not cancel the retention limit established by this document.

3.4. The retention period for Webvisor records in the service is 15 days, including the current day, in accordance with Yandex documentation: https://yandex.ru/support/metrica/ru/webvisor/requirements.html. This period is applied separately from the overall maximum retention period for analytical data. The duration of cookies is determined by the Personal Data Processing Policy and the service documentation and does not define the data retention period on the service's servers.

3.5. Consent is valid until it is withdrawn, but no longer than 180 days from the date the choice is saved. The technical features of local storage and deletion of records after the expiration period are described in section 6 of the Personal Data Processing Policy. After this period expires, new consent is requested. Changes in processing purposes or the composition of data do not alter the scope of previously given consent.

3.6. The minimum selection confirmation record includes the random technical identifier, selection result, server date and time, edition and address of the consent document. Contact details, full IP address, User-Agent, contact content and files are not included in this log. If it is necessary to confirm the legality of processing or protection of rights, the record may be retained on an independent basis up to three years from the date of selection, with respect for the rights of the subject. The term is not an obligation to keep each record for all three years; records that have lost their basis must be deleted earlier.

4. Procedure for expressing and withdrawing consent

4.1. The choice is expressed by pressing the button “Allow Analytics” or “Opt out” in the banner or in the panel opened by the “Analytics Settings” button. The resolution comes into operation only after the recording is confirmed by the server and only in an active configuration. Prior to selection, failure, confirmation error or switched off the counter, the Yandex library and pixel are not loaded.

4.2. Continuing to use the Site, closing the banner, or submitting an inquiry does not constitute consent to analytics.

4.3. The refusal to provide this consent does not limit the possibility of using the Site and contacting by e-mail.

4.4. Changing your choice and withdrawing consent is carried out through the "Analytics Settings" element available on the Website. After refusal or withdrawal of consent, the direction of new analytical requests is stopped.

4.5. Requests related to previously processed data should be sent to the email address mail@perevodius.moscow or to the address of the Operator for correspondence.

4.6. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its receipt. Termination of processing and destruction of previously obtained data are carried out in the order and within the timeframes established by the Personal Data Law, taking into account the presence of other applicable legal grounds for processing.

4.7. This consent does not apply to receiving advertising and does not replace separate consent for the processing of personal data in connection with sending a request.
